I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from White’s Plumbing! The collar and pipe on my city clean out access was broken. Within one day of calling them, Shane came out and confirmed the broken pipe and also noted that tree roots had invaded the pipe from where it was broken.
The next day White’s plumbing dug the broken pipe out, removed the roots, replaced the pipe and did a camera inspection of the entire line leading to the house and into the street.
They were also able to successfully find the house clean out which was under a bush a landscaping contractor had covered up years ago. They raised the pipe and put on a new cover for the house clean out.
They communicated well, were thorough and prompt. They finished the day before our 5 inch snow storm.
Above all else they wanted us to be set before the snow came.
They were also very reasonable in price. The coordination between Keith, the office staff and the plumbers was great!

We used White’s Plumbing at our old house because that’s who the builder used to install the tankless water heater and plumbing… and they did not disappoint! When we moved to our new house and needed a new tankless water heater installed, we honestly called around to several places but White’s still came out on top. They are reasonably priced, all of their staff (from the on-site tech to the office staff) are very responsive, are very patient with all my questions, and they stand behind their work. We highly recommend!
I just had to write how impressed I am with White’s Plumbing & Electrical. Austin & Wyatt just finished a repair of some odds and ends electrical issues at my home I had going on. They were so genuine, thorough, caring, and nice. They made sure I understood what was causing the issues and what steps could be taken for a solution. It was very collaborative and made me feel valued and that I was taken care of. Everything is up and running as it is supposed to be now and I will be using them again if ever needed.
Chase has been out a couple times to help us since we’ve moved into our home. The first time he repaired a busted main and most recently repaired our tankless water heater. We are very happy with his work. It did take a couple times to get through to the office, but all in all we are very satisfied with Whites Plumbing. Jason.
Shane is the kind of professional that home owners dream of. He has such a calm presence and was a polite guest in my home. He made sure to always shut the door behind him so my cats wouldn’t escape and laid rugs down to make clean up easier on me. Shane answered every one of my questions and made himself available after hours for any issues. He gave me the worst and best case scenario which settled my mind. He worked fast and his work was complimented by another maintenance worker who followed behind him. Shane knows what he is talking about and is an amazing plumber. 10/10 will be requesting him back for future issues. Thank you Shane, you’re the man!!!
White’s Plumbing = Fair prices, friendly workers, and professional service! When I wanted to get a quote for a job to intall a sink in my basement for winemaking, Keith was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Other companies I contacted didn’t treat me like I was a valued customer and couldn’t even be bothered to respond to questions I had about their quote. When the day of installation came, it went off with no issues and the work was completed on time and professionally done. I highly recommend White’s Plumbing.
Highly recommend. We lost all water pressure on a Saturday night. Called White’s emergency # and Dave picked up right away. He came out quickly and diagnosed the issue (bad well pump) then was able to arrange a new pump install for the next morning (Sunday). Dave showed up on time and did a great job. We had a new pump and water back by lunch. He was professional and made the whole process much less stressful than it could’ve been. White’s, and Dave specifically, exceeded my expectations.

My husband called Jeremiah with White’s Plumbing to see if they could come out and check our hot water heater that had not been working to see if it could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. Jeremiah advised that he’d have one of his service guys come to check it out, likely between 1-3 that same afternoon. Eric showed up, about an hour before the window we were given, and even called to make sure it was ok to go ahead and come. We always have unique circumstances living in a 200 year old farm house. No repair of any kind, no matter how big or small, is ever easy or standard but Eric was great and took the bull by the horns and ran with it, breezing through all of the obstacles he was presented by our old house. He replaced our hot water heater in no time and also discovered a pretty significant leak that we were not aware of and addressed it while he was there. I am thankful for Eric’s experience, knowledge and professionalism and also taking the time to explain everything to me in a manner that I could easily communicate everything to my husband. Eric was great and I’d 100% trust him to come back and work at my home. Another great job by White’s Plumbing! Thanks guys!

He was respectful of our property and only cut into the wall when there was no other choice. The way he was able to triage the issue, he was able to pinpoint the issue and only cut into the wall where necessary.
Once he found the issue, Eric was able to fix it quickly and using quality materials. It’s probably better than when it was first put in!
